This site is operated by DarkWater Studios, the game development studio of Leviathan Enterprises LLC, a Missouri limited liability company based in St. Louis, Missouri, United States. 2. What this site is

This site is informational. It describes our studio and our projects in development. It does not sell anything, does not host user accounts and does not provide a service beyond publishing information.

3. Development material

Artwork, descriptions and features shown on this site relate to projects in development. Images labelled as visual development are concept and pre-production art, not captured gameplay. Anything described here may change, be delayed or be cancelled, and nothing on this site is a promise that a product will be released or will contain a particular feature.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including artwork, text, logos, names, the DarkWater Studios mark and The Vanguard Accords: Genesis and its associated names, characters, factions and settings, is owned by Leviathan Enterprises LLC or used with permission. It is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.

You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell or create derivative works from its content without our written permission, except where copyright law permits without permission, such as fair use for news reporting, commentary or criticism.

Press and content creators may use images from this site to report on or discuss our projects, provided the studio and project are credited and the images are not altered to misrepresent them. If you need higher-resolution assets, write to us.

5. Your submissions

Please do not send us unsolicited game concepts, story ideas or design documents. We develop original intellectual property in-house. If you send creative material anyway, you agree we are under no obligation of confidentiality regarding it, and that we may already be developing something similar independently. This does not affect portfolio work sent in response to a hiring enquiry, which we treat as an example of your craft and not as a submission of ideas.

6. Links to other sites

The site may link to services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, their terms or their handling of your information.

7. No warranty

The site is provided as is and as available. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free or free of harmful components, and we do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of its content.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leviathan Enterprises LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use this site.
